The Rutles

British comedy-pop band formed in the '70s by Eric Idle and the late Neil Innes, primarily as a pastiche of The Beatles.

The band first appeared in Innes' TV series Rutland Weekend Television and the spoof 1978 film All You Need Is Cash.

They have also issued various albums including "The Rutland Weekend Songbook" and "The Rutles".
