"Porchlight Smoker began three years ago as a duo playing acoustic based country bluegrass tunes around Brighton. Today, they are a quartet playing all over Sussex and London, expanding from time to time with guest musicians. Popular with audiences for their vocal harmonies and musical dexterity on guitar, banjo, lapsteel and mandolin, they play a combination of original material and distinctive, idiosyncratic versions of pop, folk and country/ bluegrass songs."
