Ken Dodd
[1927 - 2018] Sir Ken Dodd was a veteran Liverpudlian comedian/ singer/ songwriter - famous for his slapstick comedy, tickling stick, Diddy Men and lengthy shows.
During the '60s he had several hit records including "Love Is Like a Violin", "Tears", "Promises" and his signature song, "Happiness".
He was knighted in the 2017 New Year Honours list.
