The Troggs
English 60s pop-rock band who had hits with 'Wild Thing' and 'Love Is All Around' (later covered by Wet Wet Wet). Other hits include "With a Girl Like You" and "I Can't Control Myself". The band's infamous and notorious "Troggs Tapes" (recorded during the band's rehearsals) has appeared on various compilations.
As of 2012/ 13, the Troggs are: Chris Britton, Dave Maggs and Pete Lucas.
The band's front-man and founder, Reg Presley, retired from the band in January 2012 after he discovered he had lung cancer. Reg died on 4th February 2013.
