Life of Agony

Life of Agony are a Brooklyn-based alternative/ thrash metal band formed in 1989, featuring Mina (AKA Keith) Caputo - vocals/ keyboards, Alan Robert - bass/backing vocals, Joey Z. - guitars/backing vocals and Sal Abruscato - drums.

The band released their debut album, "River Runs Red" in 1993, followed by "Ugly" (1995), "Soul Searching Sun" (1997), "Broken Valley" (2005), "A Place Where There's No More Pain" (2017) and 2019's; "The Sound of Scars".
