Mon Rovîa
Mon Rovîa is a British singer and musician originally from Monrovia in Liberia. As a child, he was adopted by Christian missionaries and relocated to the United States, moving between various locations before eventually settling in Tennessee. His diverse upbringing and exposure to a limited range of music influenced his unique artistic style, which he describes as "Afro-Appalachian," blending his African heritage with the folk traditions of the Appalachian region.
He released his debut album "Dark Continent" (2021).
