Black Sabbath

Seminal English metal band formed in Birmingham in 1968, originally featuring Ozzy Osbourne on lead vocals, Tony Iommi on guitar, Geezer Butler on bass and Brad Wilk on drums-percussion.

Classic albums include "Sabbath Bloody Sabbath", "Paranoid", "Master of Reality" and "4".

Black Sabbath reformed in 2011 performing a headline set at Download 2012 and completing the album "13" in 2013. The band released what is slated to be their last EP, "The End" in 2016, marking their 2016/17 farewell world tour.

In 2025, the band, featuring the original line-up announced one final "Back to the Beginning" gig in Ozzy's hometown, at Villa Park. Line-up: Tony Iommi - guitars, Bill Ward - drums, Geezer Butler - bass, and Ozzy Osbourne - vocals.
