Spare Snare

Scottish alt-rock and experimental pop project comprising Jan Burnett, Alan Cormack, Barry Gibson, Adam Lockhart, Graeme Ogston.

Releases since 1992 include the singles Super Slinky, Thorns and Sort It For Afterwards and the albums Animals and Me and Our Jazz. The band recorded a new album in 2018 with acclaimed US producer Steve Albini and continued this relationship with 2023's The Brutal.
