The Polecats
British rockabilly revivalist band formed in 1977.
Original members have included Tim Worman, Boz Boorer (who went on to record and work with Morrissey), Chris Hawkes and Phil Bloomberg.
In the '80s they scored a couple of hits, "John I'm Only Dancing" and "Rockabilly Guy" (reissue).
In 2008, their 1983 single 'Make a Circuit With Me' featured in the Disney-Pixar film WALL-E.
Current line-up includes Tim Polecat (vocals), Boz Boorer (guitar), Phil Polecat (double bass) and John Buck (drums).
