New Years Day are an American alternative/ gothic rock band from California, formed in 2005 by former bass player Adam Lohrbach, former keyboard player Keith Drover and current singer, Ashley Costello.

They released their debut album, "My Dear" in 2007, followed by: "Victim to Villain" (2013), "Malevolence" (2015), "Unbreakable" (2019), plus 2024's: "Half Black Heart".
