The War and Treaty

The War and Treaty are an American husband and wife duo, featuring Michael Trotter Jr. and Tanya Blount.

The pair won the "Emerging Artist of the Year" award at 2019' s Americana Music Honors & Awards and "Artist of the Year" at 2020's Folk Alliance International awards.

They released their debut album, "Love Affair" in 2016 (as Trotter and Blount), followed by: "Healing Tide" (2018), plus 2020's: "Hearts Town".
