Jim Lockey and the Solemn Sun

Cheltenham-based band formerly known as "Solemn Sun", and (before that, as now: "Jim Lockey and the Solemn Sun"). With the newer name comes a new, heavier sound.

The band features front-man Jim Lockey on vocals and guitar, plus Simon Cripps - drums, Chris Capewell - guitars and vocals, and Andy Oliveri - bass.

They released their debut album, "Atlases" in 2010, plus 2012's: "Death".
