Mercury award winning New York-based melodramatic alt-pop band formed in 1998 and fronted by UK singer/ songwriter Anohni nee Antony Hegarty, formerly known as Antony and the Johnsons.

Key releases have included "I Am A Bird Now", "The Crying Light" and "Swanlights". The band returned with the 2023 album My Back Was a Bridge for You to Cross.
