Light of the World

Light of the World are a British jazz-funk band, formed in 1978.

Originally featuring Kenny Wellington (brass), David 'Baps' Baptiste (saxophone, flute, percussion), Chris Etienne (percussion), Peter 'Stepper' Hinds (keyboards), Jean-Paul 'Bluey' Maunick (guitar, lead and backing vocals), Everton McCalla (drums), Neville 'Breeze' McKrieth (guitar, lead and backing vocals) and Paul 'Tubbs' Williams (bass, lead and backing vocals).

Familiar songs include: "London Town" and "Time".
