Girls Aloud

British all-girl pop group who won the TV talent-show 'Pop Stars - the Rivals' in 2002.

The girls included Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and the late Sarah Harding.

Their successful career includes the hits "Sound of the Underground", "I'll Stand by You", "Walk This Way", "The Promise" and "Love Machine".

They released their debut album, "Sound of the Underground" in 2003, followed by: "What Will the Neighbours Say?" (2004), "Chemistry" (2005), "Tangled Up" (2007), plus 2008's: "Out of Control".
