Rick Stein
English chef, restaurateur and television presenter, known for his knowledge of preparing and cooking fish and his successful Padstow restaurant empire.
He published his first book "English Seafood Cookery" in 1988 - others include "Rick Stein's Food Heroes" and "Rick Stein's India".
