BCUC (Banta Continua Uhuru Consciouness) is a South African band from Soweto who draw inspiration from Indigenous music that is not exposed in the mainstream.

They sing ritual songs, shebeen songs and church songs infused with rap and a rock and roll attitude.

They released their debut album, "Our Truth" in 2016, followed by: "Emakhosini" (2018), "The Healing" (2019), plus 2023's: "Millions Of Us".
