Laura Mvula

Laura Mvula is a London-based soul-pop singer who released the debut-single "She" in 2012 and her debut-album "Sing To The Moon" in 2013 (nominated for a 2013 Barclaycard Mercury Prize).

She came fourth in the BBC Sound Of 2013 poll and was nominated in the Critics' Choice at the BRITs, but won two MOBO awards in 2013 in the "Best Female" and "Best RnB/Soul Act" categories.

She released her follow-up album, "The Dreaming Room" in 2016 which was nominated for the 2016 Mercury Prize. Third album, "Pink Noise" was released in 2021 and also nominated for a Mercury Prize.
