Michelle David and the True-Tones embrace music stretching from traditional Gospel to Afro-funk, Soul to Calypso and Moroccan Gnawa.
The band are influenced by the Gospel music performed by the likes of The Soul Stirrers, The Zion Travelers, Sister Rosetta Tharpe and Shirley Ann Lee.
