Initially one of Dr. Dre's protégés, his debut album, "Doggystyle" went four times platinum, spawning the hit singles 'Gin & Juice' and 'What's My Name' (at the time recording as Snoop Doggy Dogg). Other pseudonyms include Snoop Lion (reggae) and DJ Snoopadelic (electro-funk).

Subsequent successes include: "Snoop's Upside Ya Head", "Vapors", "From The Chuuuch To Da Palace", "Doggumentary" and "Reincarnated" (as Snoop Lion).
