Bristol-based musician, producer and remixer formerly of Massive Attack and a fore-runner of the 90's trip-hop scene.

His 1995 album "Maxinquaye" was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize and reached #3 on the album chart.

His key songs include "Overcome", "Aftermath", "Pumpkin", "Christiansands" and "Council Estate" - other albums include "Pre-Millenium Tension", "Knowle West Boy", "Skilled Mechanics", "ununiform" (2017) and 2020's: "Fall To Pieces".
