English singer-songwriter from Worksop, best known for his 1985 US No 1 smash hit single 'St. Elmo's Fire (Man in Motion)' the title track from that year's 'Brat Pack' classic of the same name.
Parr, a prominent songwriter, has also written for artists including Meatloaf and Roger Daltrey.
