Jazz singer from Yorkshire who rose to considerable prominence with her cover of 'California Dreaming', and with subsequent exposure from Michael Parkinson on his radio show for her 'Don't Talk' album in 2004. Clare won British Jazz Singer of the year in both 2005 and 2007 and BBC Jazz Singer of the Year 2006.

In 2011 Clare released her tenth album 'Hey Ho', a celebration of The Great British Songbook spanning a period of 122 years, to widespread critical acclaim. She has also presented various radio programmes for Radio 2.
