Hawthorne Heights (formerly known as "A Day in the Life") are an American rock band from Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2001.

They released their debut album, "The Silence in Black and White" in 2004, followed by: "If Only You Were Lonely" (2006), "Fragile Future" (2008), "Skeletons" (2010), "Zero" (2013), "Bad Frequencies" (2018), plus 2021's: "The Rain Just Follows Me".
