Alasdair Roberts
Germany-born, Scottish folk musician who came to prominence with releases on Drag City such as the debut single "Pissed With You" (as Appendix Out) and his solo set, "The Crook Of My Arm" in 2001 on Secretly Canadian.
His style can be described as contemporary traditional nu-folk, with much of his output, including 2010's "Too Long In This Condition" drawing on his homeland's ancestry.
