Wayne Hussey
British musician, best known as lead singer of The Mission and guitarist with The Sisters of Mercy, now based in Brazil.
With The Mission, Hussey was at the forefront of the Gothic rock movement of the 1980s.
The Mission enjoyed significant mainstream success, with their 1988 record, 'Children', peaking at No 2 in the album chart.
Follow-up, 'Carved in Sand', also reached the UK top ten and another four albums made the UK Top 40.
