Created by Jack Godfrey (Lyrics and Music) and Ellie Coote (Lyrics and Book), creators of 42 Balloons, Hot Mess: A New Musical is a two-person pop musical that reimagines the climate crisis as a turbulent romantic comedy between Earth and Humanity. Following billions of years of "bad dates," Earth finds a match in Humanity, but the passionate relationship turns into a toxic "hot mess" as Humanity takes Earth for granted.
