Ten City are an American deep house/ RnB band formed in 1987 in Chicago, featuring founder members, singer, Byron Stingily and producer, Marshall Jefferson.

Hits include the songs: "Right Back to You", "That's the Way Love Is", "Devotion", and "Only Time Will Tell".

They released their debut album, "Foundation" in 1989, followed by: "State of Mind" (1990), "No House Big Enough" (1992), "That Was Then, This Is Now" (1994), "Judgment" (2021), plus 2023's: "Love is Love".
