New for 2022, At Ease is a music festival based in Suffolk with a particular focus on mental health.

2022 features music from: Kaiser Chiefs, Jake Bugg, Happy Mondays, Natalie Imbruglia, The Bootleg Beatles, Gok Wan (DJ set), Noasis, ABBA gold and more.

Kids' entertainment include: Horrible Histories and Fireman Sam.

There will be guest speakers talking on the subject of mental health.
