Cancer are a British extreme metal band from Ironbridge, Telford, formed in 1988. The band features original members, John Walker - vocals/ guitar, Ian Buchanan - bass and Carl Stokes - drums.

They released their debut album, "To the Gory End" in 1990, followed by: "Death Shall Rise" (1991), "The Sins of Mankind" (1993), "Black Faith" (1995), "Spirit in Flames" (2005), plus 2018's: "Shadow Gripped".
