The Dakotas

Manchester-formed group from the 60s, originally fronted by Billy J. Kramer.

With Billy J, they scored a handful of big hits including: 'Little Children', 'Bad To Me' and 'Do You Want To Know A Secret'.

There have been many line-up changes over the years, their present day line-up features Ronnie Ravey (lead vocals), Toni Baker (keyboards/vocals), Pete Hilton (drums), Alan Clare (lead guitar/vocals) and Marius Jones (bass/vocals).

In 2004, The Dakotas worked with British comedian Peter Kay on hit TV series 'Phoenix Nights', and 'Max and Paddy'. Toni Baker co-wrote all the music with Peter Kay.
