Tenside are a German metal band from Munich, formed in 2004.

They released their debut album, "My Personal War" in 2007, followed by: "Mental Satisfaction" (2008), "Tear Down Your Fears" (2009), "Chain Reaction" (2011), "NOVA" (2013), "Convergence" (2017), plus 2020's: "Glamour & Gloom".
