Dutchavelli is Stephan Fabulous Allen, a British rapper and songwriter from Birmingham - the brother of Stefflon Don.

He released his debut album, "Dutch from the 5th" in 2020, spawning the singles: "Bando Diaries" and "Cool with Me".

He was nominated for the BBC Sound of 2021 award.
