"Although most people will be familiar with one or more interpretations of The Nutcracker- a magical tale of Marie's fondness for a nutcracker puppet given to her by her uncle - Lavanda Events will bring this to life through spectacular modern and classic dance sequences, colourful costumes and catchy tunes.

The tale titled The Nutcracker and the Mouse King by E. T. A. Hoffmann was written in 1816. The ballet filled with adventure is about the Christmas Eve adventure of Councillor Stahlbaum's children, Fritz and Marie. The audience will experience both romantic round dancing with dolls and a battle scene between the Mouse King and the Nutcracker featuring mice and horsemen. Thanks to the modern interpretation, both the content and the show are enjoyable to all ages. Spectacular costumes and catchy tunes characterise the show. Most of us have already seen or read some interpretation of the story, but nevertheless, the auditorium is the place to be for all members of the family once again! "
