The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas is a play based on the book and award-winning film of the same name, written by Irish novelist John Boyne.

The story is set during the second World War and based on the young German boy Bruno and his friendship with a young Jewish boy in the Auschwitz Concentration Camp.
