Mark Sargeant

Mark Sargeant is an English chef, formerly the head chef at Gordon Ramsay's Michelin starred restaurant at Claridge's in London from 2001 until 2008. Mark and Gordon had previously worked together at Aubergine in 1998, then from 1998 to 2001, where Mark was Gordon's sous chef at Chelsea's Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

As of 2011, Mark has two restaurants in Folkestone, Kent - "Rocksalt Restaurant" and "The Smokehouse Fish and Chips"
