Sabbath Judas Sabbath was formed by Helstar front-man James Rivera in 2002 - successfully bridging the gaps between James' recording and touring commitments with original acts. With two of his main influences being Black Sabbath (particularly the Dio years) and Judas Priest, Sabbath Judas Sabbath is a fitting tribute to his idols.

Since its creation, Sabbath Judas Sabbath has toured the USA, Europe and also played at various festivals.

James has also headed-up the bands: Vicious Rumors, Flotsam and Jetsam plus Seven Witches.
