London-based folk-electronica solo multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and producer John Elliott whose latest album "Dig for the Promise" was released in April 2013 on his own Carbon Moon label.

The album features beats and melodies constructed from 'found sounds' recorded around the streets of London, overlaid with piano, strings, brass, electronics, harmonium, harp, guitar and voice. As well as stemming from a lingering fascination with themes such as the end of the world and childhood, the album is also inspired by John's experience of living in London.
