British Indian comedian and actor who became famous following his work on BBC 2 sketch show 'Goodness Gracious Me'.

He has also hosted the BBC comedy chat show 'The Kumars at No. 42' and fronted the travelogue 'India with Sanjeev Bhaskar', in which he visited his ancestral home.

Bhaskar has also appeared in a wide range of film and television roles, including the Hollywood hit 'The Guru' and the BBC's 'Dalziel and Pascoe' and 'Jonathan Creek'.
