Rowley Leigh
British chef, restaurateur and journalist, born in Manchester and now based in West London.
He has written for the Financial Times, The Guardian and The Sunday Telegraph, among others, and won the prestigious Glenfiddich award three times.
One of his earliest jobs was working with work with the Roux brothers at teh legendary Le Gavroche.
