Eric Chavot

French Michelin-starred chef who trained in France at the Boucanier, then at the Patio, before moving to the UK.

In England, Chavot worked as sous chef under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Oxfordshire, as well as under Marco Pierre White's The Restaurant.

After many more high-profile posts, Chavot also writes a column for The Observer and appearing on TV cooking shows including Saturday Kitchen.
