Manchester-based roots-reggae band formed in Moss Side in 1975.

Members included Wesley and Patrick Ricketts, Trevor Bell, Ricky Jones, Dave Reid and Johnny Caton.

Before dissolving in 1981, the band issued the "English Black Boys" single on Factory, as well as recording sessions and performing various high-profile live shows.

Unreleased album-tracks have been compiled for the 2012 compilation, also entitled "English Black Boys".
