Choreographer, performer and teacher, born in East London and partly raised in Ghana, he graduated from London Contemporary Dance School in 2002.

He choreographed his first major work, 'The Makin's of U', in 2004 and, in 2009, was the recipient of the prestigious Robin Howard Choreographic Commission.
