Ballet by Sergei Prokofiev based on Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet'.

Written in 1935 following a commission from the Kirov Ballet, Romeo and Juliet debuted in Czechoslovakia in 1938.

The score includes some famous compositions including The Dance of the Knights.
