Formed in 2010 in Cambridge, Richie and the Runners are singer-songwriter Richard Allan, brother Ray (guitar, percussion) multi-instrumentalist Steve Legge (keys, bass, guitar) and drummer Glen Burgess.

Debut EP, 'City Lights', was released in 2011.
