US heavy metal band formed in California in 1983. Lizzy Borden is also the name of the band's lead vocalist.

With a 'shock rock' style similar to Alice Cooper and Kiss, Lizzy Borden were also influenced by Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest.

The band's debut LP was 1985's 'Love You to Pieces'. Their best-known single, 'Me Against The World', was taken from third album 'Visual Lies' (1987).
