Japanese musician, actor and author, known for his career as a solo artist and also as the former vocalist for the defunct band Malice Mizer.

He has sold more than 10 million albums in Japan and his debut solo LP 'Mars', was released in 2000.

In 2011 he formed the rock band, Yellow Fried Chickenz.
