"Trinity Concert Band is a community band and its members span a wide range of musical ability. Founded by Michael Steele in July 2001 to bring together musicians who enjoy playing in a group of friendly, like-minded and mutually-supportive people, the band now comprises over 40 playing members whose enthusiasm and dedication has resulted in presenting and performing concerts to a very high standard.

In 2010, the band were awarded a prestigious Gold Award at the National Concert Band Regional Festival in November - a true indicator of the strength of musicianship acheived by the band.

Trinity Concert Band plays music from all sources - classical transcriptions, original concert band compositions, music from stage and screen, pop, rock and swing as well as traditional marches."
