His output is impossible to gauge since some include one-offs, many involving chopped-up vinyl records glued together then played at 'wrong' speeds, submitted for exhibitions (one gallery in the 80's invited attendees to walk over the records to provide a unique amount of scratches and imprints) or mixed with everyday objects.
