Award-winning Australian alt-rock band formed in 1981.

Members include Dave Faulkner - vocals and guitar, Brad Shepherd - guitar and harmonica, Mark Kingsmill - drums and Richard Grossman - bass.

The band is fondly respected in their home-country, where they still notch up hit albums - 2010's "Purity Of Essence" reached #16.

Key earlier releases include the albums "Mars Needs Guitars!", "Crank", "Magnum Cum Louder" and "Blow Your Cool", the latter of which spawned their only UK successess (albeit minor) in "Good Times" and the fabulous "What's My Scene?".
